• High School (VSBO or HAVO) diploma or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in related field
• Strong communication skills
• A history of thriving in stressful situations
• Must have passion for hospitality and service
• A team-first attitude
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
• Must speak fluent English
• Able to work shifts from Monday through Sunday, including holidays
