What you'll do
As Food & Beverage Runner, you are responsible for complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
What we’re looking for
- Must have passion for hospitality and service
- Previous experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Has a wonderful personality and loves to interact with others
- Shows initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity
- Speaks fluent English
- Is able to work in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Able to work shifts from Monday through Sunday
