• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management
• At least 2 years of proven relevant working experience in a similar leadership position
• Must be capable of managing a team of 10+ people and coordinating tasks within the team to utilize everyone efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision in a self-managed environment;
• Must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize own tasks as well as the tasks of the Food & Beverage Team;
• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, verbally and written
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and in writing; proficiency in Dutch and Papiamentu are an advantage.
