What you'll do
We are currently seeking Front Office Agents who take the initiative who deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest request, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area. Our Front Office Agents make transactions feel like part of the experience.
What you'll do
No matter whether a guest arrives weary from their travels or excited for a vacation, you know what to do to make them feel at home. They will appreciate the pristine lobby, your warm welcome, and your efficiency in getting them checked in and pointed in the right direction. When they know you genuinely care about the quality of their stay, you are operating at a level of excellence.
As Front Office Agent, you will:
- Greet all guests with a warm welcome;
- Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests;
- Ensure rates match market codes;
- Clear departures in Opera PMS;
- Operate telephone switchboard station;
- Run and check daily reports;
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (transportation, reservations, etc.);
- Provide local area knowledge;
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve guest requests or problems;
- Report all accidents, incidents and emergencies that occur on the site.
What we’re looking for
- Associate degree (MBO) in Hospitality Management
- Previous experience working with Opera PMS
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor
- A team-first attitude
- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
- Has great communication skills
- Is technology savvy and can multitask
- Must speak English
- Able to work shifts from Monday through Sunday
