• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or International Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer and Tech-Savvy
• Effectively communicates information and ideas
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Proactively manages workplace challenges by anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues as needed
